  • Facilitating self-determination

We empower people to take control of their lives and make decisions that align with their goals, values, and preferences.

  • Self & mutual accountability

We perform and relate to one another through high levels of dependability and constancy. We maintain ethical behavior and responsible practices both in EASUN and in the communities we serve.

  • Openness and vulnerability

We create safe spaces and build people’s resilience to express their authentic selves, including their feelings, fears, and insecurities, without fear of judgement or reprisal.

  • Generative leadership

We create new possibilities and opportunities for growth where everyone is empowered to make a positive impact and reach their full potential.

  • Openness to learning

We foster a culture of curiosity and adaptability, where individuals are encouraged to seek out opportunities for improvement and embrace change toward achieving our goals.

  • Reflective learning

We are constantly enhancing our self-awareness and understanding of the worlds around us, to improve our generativity, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Being appreciative

We show gratitude and thankfulness towards others.

  • Mindfulness

We engage in our life and purpose with diligence and without judgment of the moment. We pay attention to our surroundings and calmly seek our different centers where the world speaks to us through visible and non-visible realities.
